I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Keystone and its attractions, and the staff was generally friendly. However, the rooms were smaller than I hoped, and I struggled with the air conditioning not working during a hot day. The dining options were quite limited, which was disappointing. Overall, I felt it was decent value for money, but there’s room for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with clean and spacious rooms that connected, making it perfect for families. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me, especially when I needed to make some calls. It’s conveniently located just a short drive from Mt. Rushmore and has good dining options nearby. However, the breakfast situation was lacking, and I wish there had been more choices available on-site.

The rooms were a bit cramped for my taste, and relocating due to an extended stay was a hassle. However, the service was warm and accommodating, making the experience better overall.

The hotel is in a decent location, with easy access to shops and eateries, making it quite convenient for exploring Keystone and nearby attractions. Our rooms were overly spacious for our group but faced issues with cleanliness, which was disappointing. The friendly service made our stay more enjoyable, but the dining experience could have been better due to inconsistent service. Overall, it offers good value for money but has some cleanliness concerns.
